Wire Displays offers personal Design & Manufacture services with all products from Point of Sale Display Stands through to commercial and industrial types of work (Grills, Guards, Wire Forming etc).

Wire Forming

With the help of our modern computerized 2D & 3D Wire Forming & Buttwelding Machines, this allows us to offer customers personalised, designed, formed or generated wire shapes (eg: 2 Dimensional + Buttwelding & 3 Dimensional forms).

Mesh Welding

Our computerized 3 Axes Double Head Welding Mesh Panel Machine allows us to also customise panel aperture and panel size to fit in with our customers requirements.

Wire Straightening

We currently have 2 Wire Straightening machines capable of supply & straightening Stainless Steel, Galvanised & BCW Trueform Wire.

Coating Finishes

We take great pride in the finishing of our products. Pre-treatment of the wire is of the up most importance. We offer Zinc Phosphate for steel products and Chromate on Alloy products. These processes are applied before any Powder Coating, Plastic or Nylon coating takes place.
